Overworked and under payed.

Pros: The people
Cons: Driving hundreds of miles, maintaining many different Dominos locations.
High stress, high reward.

Pros: I making peoples' days when I deliver them pizzas. Driving around a lot makes shifts feel shorter.
Cons: Employees are frequently scolded and shamed for minor mistakes. Lack of training in combination with fast paced environment leads go high turn over rate.
Stressful.

Cons: The shift flexibility and cooperation to manage the store
It's great if you're in the clique, if not, it's a disaster. They have you make deliveries to people that don't exist to waste your time so that others can get the real customers.

It's fast paced, no actual or designated break times. Customers can also be rude. We always tend to be short staffed which makes the job a whole lot stressful.
