Retail Sales Assistant in Melbourne:
Pros: I love working with people and helping the customer to have the best possible shopping experience with us.
Cons: I dislike the fact that there is minimal structure within my store at least, for casuals to move forward and progress and upskill in the workplace, I am treated like a baby when I do not know things, but I have been there in the same position 3 years, with no further training. They won't even let me do banking... Which I'm sure is straight forward and merely requires a brief explanation of procedure that expected.
If you love a hard days work.
Retail Store Manager in Melbourne:
Pros: The people I work with and the friends I've made. The product is pretty good too.
Cons: The feeling of being undervalued. Over worked and underpaid.
