What is it like working at Allstate?

Good.
Insurance Claims Adjuster in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Everything is going well, no complaints.
Cons: Everything is going well, no complaints.
Over worked and underpaid.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: I love my job. I love the office work and hours. I feel great about what I do.
Cons: I work more than others. I'm always there. I do more work than the office manager and she makes double of what I make.
Insurance Producer:
Pros: Wrking with people and protecting their assets.
Cons: Low pay for the work I do every day.
Good days And Bad.
Insurance Producer:
Pros: I love working with people. Customer service is my specialty. I love helping people and generating a good rapport with new people and maintaining my current relationships with clients.
Cons: The atmosphere in the office is tense because of other workers and competition with sales. I am not and do not like sales but I am capable of doing it. If there are office dynamics that include backbiting, underhanded and sneaky moves by co workers so they can be a top sales person, I can't work with that. I can't work with people who are so good at hiding their true personality to the boss but truly lack integrity and ethics.
