Pros: I most like that my time is not managed since I am able to complete my workload in a productive, efficient, and accurate manner.
Cons: I used to not enjoy the commute in Houston traffic, however, since I've been working from home due to the pandemic, I'm hoping to continue to be able to work from home most of the time in the future.

Pros: That I don't have to work on Saturdays and Sundays many times. Co-workers are pretty nice.
Cons: See review title. They will quietly lay people off with no explanation. No opportunity for changing jobs or departments. They just want billability from you. Employees pay a large share of health care premiums which keep getting worse each year.

Pros: I have great latitude to perform my work and manage my team as I see fit, my work is very fulfilling, my manager trusts and supports me, and my group is fun and supportive.
Cons: The work can be very stressful and require long hours, clients can be incredibly demanding, and the pay and advancement aspect of things is very unclear.
My work gives me opportunities to help people, but their is a lot of biases.
