What is it like working at Sodexo, Inc.?

Food Service Supervisor in New Orleans:
Women are not respected an your always being undermine by men some of whom you may have trained Sodexo higher management have some lower management and staff doing other jobs without promotion but a lot of promise make sure you get everything in writing.
Gives me an opportunity to be creative and showcase my art.
Line Cook in Las Vegas:
Pros: Connection to the people I cook for
Cons: My pay
Very little communication.
Marketing Coordinator in Charleston:
Pros: I have some flexibility and my manager is very hands off.
Cons: My manager is very hands off. If you don't push to get things accomplished they won't but you will be held responsible--even if it isn't your department.
Hectic, unappreciated, low pay.
Food Service Worker in Naples:
Pros: Working by myself
Cons: Lack of communication
No Structure.
Unit Clerk in Charlotte:
Pros: The potential it has to be better. Will not get better, though.
Cons: People are thrown into leadership positions, and there is little communication but many assumptions. Zero to little follow up on concerns.
It's okay.
Food Service Manager in Richmond:
Pros: Customers
Cons: Pay
All the Power, None of the Time.
General / Operations Manager in Santa Rosa:
Pros: I have opportunities to change processes that are not effective, to make the work environment more productive, and increase the appeal and engagement of our sales outlet.
Cons: The union employees, excessive meetings, and lack of other managerial support (i.e. zero other managers to manage this integral department to the hospital activities).
