Pros: working with the elderly people, gives me much joy and pleasure and rewarding

Cons: Not being treated fairly, racism, religious discrimination aggressive and confrontational staff members, lack of professionalism, not enough training available, manager not dealing with serious matters concerning staff, although she is trying NOW, no staff incentives, poor pay including SSP it is not full pay especially which is quite disappoint after having worked there for 7 years, quite a dismal home to work in
