Located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, New Mexico State University is the oldest and second-largest university in the state. Made up of eight colleges and a graduate school, New Mexico State University offers 87 baccalaureate degree programs and 51 master’s degree programs.

Founded in 1889, its 600-acre campus is located just a mile east of downtown Albuquerque. UNM is made up of 12 colleges and schools, and its School of Engineering is consistently highly ranked. A relatively inexpensive school, Eastern New Mexico University provides a big bang for your buck.
